लिओनार्दो दा विंची   (1452-1519)  एक ऐसा नाम जिसे शायद ही कोई दुनिया में नही जानता हो ! १५वीं सदी के ऐसे  महान चित्रकार, मूर्तिकार, वास्तुशिल्पी, संगीतज्ञ, कुशल यांत्रिक, इंजीनियर तथा वैज्ञानिक जो पूरी दुनिया में मास्टर के रूप महान आर्टिस्ट के रूप  में याद किये जाते है! उनकी समसे फेमस पेंटिंग मोनालिसा मानो आर्ट जगत के लिए पहला अध्याय भी है और अंतिम भी ! और “अंतिम व्यालू” (Last Supper) को केसे भूला जा सकता है जिस पर  आज भी कई वैज्ञानिक , कलाकार रिसर्च कर रहे  है और कई फिल्में बनी है ! आज भी जब कोई आर्ट की बात करता है तो शुरुवात मोनालिसा से होती है ! अब जबकि  मै भी आर्ट को समजने का प्रयास कर रहा तब लेओनार्दो डा विंची ही पहली सीढ़ी बने ! पहला कदम जहा से आर्ट को समझने की शुरुवात हई! मेरे लिए विंची एक ऐसे Genius जो अपनी कल्पना शक्ति से कुछ भी बना सकते थे मानो कोई अपूर्व ईश्वरीय शक्ति का  वरदान प्राप्त हो! जिस तरह चीजो को देखना समझाना निर्माण का कार्य विंची ने किया है वो अद्भुद है, और अकल्पनीय भी! मेरी नजर में वो एक आविष्कारक पेंटर थे जिनने खुद की प्रतिभा नक़ल करने में नही लगायी और श

समावेशी शिक्षा    Inclusive education  एक शिक्षा प्रणाली है।   शिक्षा का   समावेशीकरण   यह बताता है कि विशेष शैक्षणिक आवश्यकताओं की पूर्ति के लिए एक सामान्य छात्र और एक दिव्यागछात्र को समान शिक्षा प्राप्ति के अवसर मिलने चाहिए। इसमें एक सामान्य छात्र एक दिव्याग छात्र के साथ विद्यालय में अधिकतर समय बिताता है। पहले समावेशी शिक्षा की परिकल्पना सिर्फ विशेष छात्रों के लिए की गई थी लेकिन आधुनिक काल में हर शिक्षक को इस सिद्धांत को विस्तृत दृष्टिकोण में अपनी कक्षा में व्यवहार में लाना चाहिए। समावेशी शिक्षा या एकीकरण के सिद्धांत की ऐतिहासक जड़ें कनाडा और अमेरिका से जुड़ीं हैं। प्राचीन शिक्षा पद्धति की जगह नई शिक्षा नीति का प्रयोग आधुनिक समय में होने लगा है। समावेशी शिक्षा विशेष विद्यालय या कक्षा को स्वीकार नहीं करता। अशक्त बच्चों को सामान्य बच्चों से अलग करना अब मान्य नहीं है। विकलांग बच्चों को भी सामान्य बच्चों की तरह ही शैक्षिक गतिविधियों में भाग लेने का अधिकार है। शिक्षक कक्षा में सहयोग की भावना बढ़ाने के लिए कुछ तरीकों का उपयोग करते हैं समुदाय भावना को बढ़ाने के लिए खेलों का आयोजन
