आज तक कि Inspire Award Nomination  स्टेटस देख कर प्रतीत होता है कि अधिकांश उच्च प्राथमिक विद्यालय और कुछ माध्यमिक विद्यालयों नहीं अभी तक अपने स्कूलों के छात्रों का  नॉमिनेशन नहीं किया है जबकि चकराता जैसे दुर्गम ब्लॉक के स्कूलों ने अपनी लगभग शत-प्रतिशत नॉमिनेशन दिया है इस आलोक में सभी ब्लॉक कोऑर्डिनेटर संबंधित विद्यालयों के प्रधानाचार्य और प्रधानाध्यापक कृपया अपने स्कूलों के सभी नामांकन प्रक्रिया में सहयोग दें | यदि आपको इंटरनेट या अन्य कोई असुविधा है तो जिला समन्वयक ब्लॉक समन्वयक या डाइट समन्वयक से सीधे संपर्क कर सकते हैं| इसी संदर्भ में आपको यह भी सूचित करना है कि किसी भी डाटा को जो आपने इंस्पायर अवॉर्ड  पर सबमिट किया है उसे आपको पूर्व में दिए हुए लिंक पर भी सबमिट करना है| इस लिंक पर आपको मुश्किल से 2 या 3 मिनट का समय लगेगा जिसे आप ऑनलाइन या ऑफलाइन मॉड में भी सबमिट कर सकते हैं यह अत्यंत आवश्यक है ताकि ब्लॉग वॉइस हम प्रत्येक स्कूल के  प्रतिभागियों को दर्शाने में और सही आकलन करने में मदद होगी| सभी खंड शिक्षा अधिकारी महोदय कृपया संबंधित स्कूलों के प्रधानाध्यापकों को तत्काल प्रभाव से सू

Under INSPIRE Award MANAK scheme, in a financial year, ten (10.0) lakh ideas are being targeted from more than five (05) lakh middle and high schools across the country, out of which one (1.0) lakh ideas are to be shortlisted for an initial award of Rs. 10000/- each, for preparation of project/model/showcasing of idea and participation in the District Level Exhibition & Project Competition (DLEPC). The students who are eligible to participate under this scheme should be in the age group of 10-15 years studying in class VI to X. The award money under this scheme is being transferred directly into the bank accounts of the students through Direct Benefit Transfer. The selected students in DLEPCs participate at State Level Exhibitions and winners of State Level Exhibitions further participate in the National Level Exhibition organized every year. The results of this study reveal that the  problems  of the ' out-of- school ' children and  youth  include low quality of life, lack of life skills and social skills, and behavior  problems . The causes are poverty, low achievement in  school , and behavior  issues  which cause dismissal from  school .  Attitudes Toward Education – Younger  children  may leave  school  because their guardians  do  not feel that they  are  capable of learning at a young age, so they  are  kept at home. Lack of Sanitary Pads – Girls often  drop out  of  school  because a lack of personal care products keeps them at home for some time every month.
