*Background* पृष्ठभूमि 

Teaching is like raising a plant, every plant has its own needs and its own characteristics. Some need to be watered daily while some need water just once in a while. Some blossom red flowers while some bloom yellow ones. Similarly children have different talents. These talents need to be allowed to blossom and be cherished.Young mind is the sharpest mind. It learns quick and acts quicker. The education system today focuses on books and rote-learning, but times are changing as these young geniuses, who chose to take a different path, have proved. They have picked machines over books and ideas over words. So there is a need to provide amply opportunity to students ,who are away to get it properly.

*2.Strategy* नियोजन 

The success of movement depends on the people who nurture it.

To weave together people of different threads from different work worlds into a pool of intellectuals will impart their knowledge regarding their specialized fields voluntarily to students of government schools.  Initially a pool of one hundred  subject teachers,Principals, academicians,experts with specific knowledge and life skill will be organised in order to cater the needs of learners as and when required. 

*3.Target Group* लक्ष्य समूह 

The students of class I to class XII,studying in govt. and  govt.aided schools will catered through innovative programme .

*4.Expected Outcomes* अनुमानित परिणाम 

*The students will get the opportunity to eradicate the gaps and doubt of their respective subject with the help of experts .

*Conversation with the experts of different work world will raise the confidence level of students.

*5.Coverage areas* 

In the first phase , the programme   will be  hooked up  in urban areas of Raipur block on pilot basis.The students will not only get help in subjective curriculum but also in extracurricular activities also.

*6.Time Schedule* समय नियोजन 

The pool of expert will in provide their services as per the requirements generated from school principal.
