The results of this study reveal that the  problems  of the ' out-of- school ' children and  youth  include low quality of life, lack of life skills and social skills, and behavior  problems . The causes are poverty, low achievement in  school , and behavior  issues  which cause dismissal from  school .  Attitudes Toward Education – Younger  children  may leave  school  because their guardians  do  not feel that they  are  capable of learning at a young age, so they  are  kept at home. Lack of Sanitary Pads – Girls often  drop out  of  school  because a lack of personal care products keeps them at home for some time every month.
